It hit me just now why this particular duel rang a bell to me. It's a resonance to Aya and Ceres from the shoujo manga/anime series Ayashino Ceres. xD

I'm still testing out this layout as it gives a different freedom from the page-by-page comics I'm used to doing. In this case, I cut and paste different drawings into a single, coherent page.

I was tempted to improve the second-to-last panel by adding more shots, but auto-reload handguns werent invented by SDL's time period. ^___^;;

And yes, that rifle of Aya's packs a punch.
